Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IT-PAL SSPR services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Service Description

IT-PAL SSPR provides enterprise-grade self-service password reset solutions including:
  • Automated password reset functionality
  • Multi-factor authentication services
  • Identity verification systems
  • Security monitoring and reporting
  • Integration with Active Directory and LDAP
  • Administrative dashboards and analytics

User Responsibilities

Users must:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Report security incidents promptly
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not reverse engineer or modify the service

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service provider failures, or third-party attacks.

Data and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that:
  • You use our services at your own risk
  • You are responsible for maintaining backup systems
  • We are not liable for data breaches beyond our control
  • You must report suspected security incidents immediately

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Price changes require 30 days advance notice

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service remain with IT-PAL SSPR. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period. You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Reverse engineer our systems
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks without permission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Your failure to maintain adequate security

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for:
  • Breach of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Security violations
Upon termination, you will retain access for 30 days to export your data, after which all data will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where your organization is located. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
